In this hands-on pasta class, you’ll make fresh egg pasta from scratch, rolling it by hand or with a machine. Learn to shape it into ribbons, bows, and more — tagliatelle, pappardelle, farfalle, quadrucci, and garganelli — and discover the techniques that make fresh pasta truly special.

Duration of the class: 2.5-3 hours

  • This is an instructional pasta making class. No dinner will be served. Complimentary water and light snacks. Byob is allowed (if age 21+).

Registration Policy: To secure a spot in my classes, please note the following registration requirements:

  1. Confirmation of Enrollment: Registration is considered complete upon receipt of full payment for the desired date and class(es).

Exchanges, Credits, and Refunds

The class is refundable up to ten (10) days prior the reserved dated. Once the cancellation window has passed, refunds and future-class credits, nor rescheduling, can’t be issued. No Exceptions!

It is possible to transfer your reservation to another individual who can attend the class in your place, without prior notice..

If I am responsible for canceling a class, a full refund will be issued to you within ten days.
