In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make fresh egg pasta dough from scratch and turn it into different shapes of filled pasta. I’ll show you how to prepare the filling, fill and seal each shape, and share all my tips and tricks to help you get it just right. You’ll also learn how to store your homemade pasta properly.

It’s a fun, creative class where you’ll get to experiment with different shapes, work with your hands, and discover the art of making filled pasta the Italian way!

Registration Policy: To secure a spot in my classes, please note the following registration requirements:

  1. Confirmation of Enrollment: Registration is considered complete upon receipt of full payment for the desired date and class(es).

Exchanges, Credits, and Refunds

The class is refundable up to ten (10) days prior the reserved dated. After that, NO refunds, no exceptions.

It is possible to transfer your reservation to another individual who can attend the class in your place, without prior notice. Changes and cancellations can be made in person or by contacting me directly at 251-383-8881. Please be aware that I am unable to accept or honor cancellations sent via email, phone message, or voicemail due to timing constraints. If I am responsible for canceling a class, a full refund will be issued to you within ten days.
